Just Two Weeks Until WEI Annual Congress – Exciting Program, Prominent Speakers, and More!

Dear Members and Friends of the WEI,

We are just two weeks away from gathering in the beautiful city of Ghent for our highly anticipated WEI Annual Congress! After months of hard work, the final agenda is now published, and it is packed with important content and prominent speakers that promise to make this event both informative and inspiring.

Exciting Program and Final Agenda

The agenda is now finalised, and we are thrilled to share some of the highlights with you. This year’s agenda features a range of discussions that are crucial to our industry, including the latest developments in the “Treated Wood for Decarbonisation” advocacy project. These sessions will explore the potential business benefits for the treated wood industry, both in the short and long term. Make sure to open the agenda, read through the topics, and see the impressive lineup of speakers who will be sharing their expertise. The full program with all activities for delegates and partners can be found in the Invitation.

New Publication Available

We are also pleased to announce the release of the Executive Summary of the “Treated Wood for Decarbonisation” report. This publication is now available for download. We encourage you to read it in advance and come prepared with any questions or insights you may want to discuss when we meet in Ghent.

Last-Minute Registration Opportunities

For those who haven’t yet registered or if you know someone who might benefit from attending, we still have late-registration tickets available. This is a perfect opportunity for colleagues or potential new members to experience the value of being part of WEI. Find more information on Invitation to WEI-IEO Ghent 2024.

Looking Forward to Seeing You

Beyond the enriching content of the program, we are excited about the joy of meeting colleagues and friends, both old and new. The WEI Annual Congress is not just about industry discussions; it’s about strengthening our community, sharing experiences, and building lasting connections.

We can’t wait to see you in Ghent and to embark on this exciting journey together. If you haven’t done so already, please review the final agenda and secure your place at the event.
