We offers a central platform for industry advancements, delivering technical, commercial, and legal guidance. We are dedicated to enhancing wood preservation science and technology, upholding stringent quality and safety standards, and advocating for practical regulations that sustain our industry.
Our work involves lobbying for equitable and effective legislation, setting quality benchmarks for wood preservatives and treated timber, and engaging in research and development to discover superior wood treatment methods. As a key consultative body within the European wood preservation sector, we produce technical documents and newsletters, ensuring our members stay abreast of industry advancements.
We are committed to fostering a robust, sustainable, and innovative wood preservation industry. We invite companies and organisations sharing our ethos to join us, united in our goal to responsibly utilise wood as a construction material, contributing to a better future.
